State-Space System Realization SSSR

System realization is a method to find out an internal state-space description for a system given with an external description, normally its TFM or impulse response.
The name clearly reflects the reality that if a state-space description is available, an electronic circuit can be constructed in a clear-cut manner to realize the system response. There is a great deal of literature discussing on this subject both from a system theoretical point of view and from a practical system identification point of view.
A well-developed method in the second category, the eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA), is chosen to desing and make a model in the state space form. Below presented are the formulas that are applied to generate the Markov parameters from the TFM, which are the starting point for the ERA procedure.
